Recently i went to a bar with friends, and somehow the conversation turned to the idea that you're either the best or you're fucking useless.

Music is my passion, and I've been at it for 7 years, but I feel like I'm stagnating and getting worse at it. I can't even force myself to sit down at the computer and record a couple of bars of a single riff.

If you open TikTok without a VPN, it's pure darkness. The videos aren't just outdated, they're truly disgusting, and so is the content.

So I wanted to talk a bit about my job. I really love being a bartender, and when I write here, sometimes I imagine I'm standing behind the bar. The bar gives me confidence, and talking to all kinds of people from all walks of life makes it even more interesting and educational(?). Plus, it's another way to drown out the noise in my own head.

I also wanted to say that the bar lets you talk to anyone as equals, respectfully — not like staff talking to a customer.

Honestly, what worries me most is the blocking and censorship. I don't know how things are in other countries, but it feels like Russia is rapidly moving toward North Korea's policies. Even with a VPN, I can't access banned sites and services — at minimum...
