Only recently started watching the classic cyberpunk movies. Started with Blade Runner 1&2, not sure if it's cyberpunk but I've seen the Tron movies, 2012 DREDD, Robocop, and probably a bit more I just haven't realized or don't feel fit the definition of cyberpunk.

Wrote about going to the Appalachian mountains last week, and it turns out I'm not doing that either :)

Instead I am now leaving to the grand canyon on Sunday and I will pray that were able to camp somewhere cool. Also, I will dress vaugly like a cowboy.

Also had a garage sale and made like $200 AND matched with someone on hinge, it's been a good three days :)

I was led to believe that dispersed camping was allowed in the porcupine mountains but apparently it isn't anymore. Tried to see if any reservations were open but they were completely booked and on top of that Canadian wild fires are sending smoke to the entirety of the great lakes.

Don't k ow what me and my friends are gonna do now, but hopefully we can figure something out soon.

I'm all the way down in Texas, and excited to get out of the heat for really the first time. It's not a family trip, but rather a trip with friends and I can't wait. Gonna spend about a week and away from home.

This is only my third time being out of state and that just adds an extra layer of fun for me!

I'm starting neuromancer, and so far it's really good, although I had to cut it short and only got to page 27. I like to read out loud to fully comprehend everything and get a better vision for it and my vocal cords got real irritated, so if anyone has any tips on that, I'd appreciate it....

I was gonna go on a big rant about it, probably like a 500 word minimum but I've decided against it and I'm gonna keep it simple.

Who like other queer people have our own interests and we deserve the same amount of respect from both LGBT and heterosexual people. The same respect either side would demand of the other. Sexuality is a spectrum, and the whole spectrum will be used.

Spent the day at a museum yesterday! Went to the museum of fine arts here in Houston and had a blast. Saw a bunch of beautiful historical paintings and artifacts. But by far my favorite part of the day was being able to Vincent Van Goghs 'The rocks.'

Van Gogh is by far my favorite classical artist both for his artistic talents/style and his life story.

It was genuinely such a beautiful moment seeing his work in person that I did ended up crying a little bit.

The day didn't stop at the museum though,...

Omg, just finished up blade runner for the first time. Tried watching it years ago but it was late and I ended up falling asleep pretty early on.

But it was amazing! I can't believe I haven't watched this sooner. I started getting really into cyberpunk ada genre within the last two years, and really getting into it within the last year. But I've been basically hyperfixating on it within that period. Even getting on here was an affect of my love for the genre and the whole aesthetic.

Situation-ship with ex is over. They ghosted me which is ironic, because that's what brought them crawling back. They got ghosted and felt heartbreak and apologized because they finally understood what I felt when they broke up with me. They fell out of love, I didn't. So now they're doing it to me which sucks, but in the end I know it's for the best. I loved them still, but we were toxic for each other.

I just hope I'm able to find love again, and RELATIVELY soon. Being single sucks, I got too much love...
