I know kali is the gold standard for the industry but I dislike the way it presents all its tools, you get EVERYTHING and I don’t generally agree with that philosophy.

I started learning Quickshell. I planned on implementing a HUD to AstralOS but always intended it to come out later. Now though, since my server is down I decided to get a head start. I’m understanding the basic concepts of it but it is harder than Waybar. Having a good time though.

Despite my server being down I have been learning a lot about how Wayland compositors work. Instead of doing everything from scratch I just decided to fork the Cage compositor and make a few tweaks ti create the Nebula compositor. Still in progress but I’m excited and optimistic.
