I find the best way to finally get away from hyper-stimulating social media and to calmer places, is to see that stuff as gross.

Of course you have to make yourself see it as gross but that’s not impossible.

hey, what do you guys think of influencers and the like on other platforms that act in a fairly hypocritical way. in the sense of ones that go along the lines of "its honestly ###### that social media does XYZ or influencers are bad because ABC"
