Boxing Update #2

I feel kind of great the day after! I am kind of sore everywhere but not anything more than I’d feel after a show load in/loadout or something. I think I just was just cardio’d out, and that doesn’t translate to much for me in terms of soreness. I also never felt uncomfortable in the gym trans wise. Soooooooo. I’m for sure going back today. My coworker and I are planning to go to two classes across ~2hrs. One for Muay Thai and one for Kickboxing. Here’s to not dying!
