Hand write or typewrite letters to your friends. There is nothing more rewarding or heartwarming than receiving a letter from your friend, or putting effort into a piece of correspondence that is heavy with a deep appreciation for your companions.

Sending a letter to my friend now. I will likely receive one back in a week or two’s time. I’ve never been more in love with living than in this moment.

Boxing Update #2

I feel kind of great the day after! I am kind of sore everywhere but not anything more than I’d feel after a show load in/loadout or something. I think I just was just cardio’d out, and that doesn’t translate to much for me in terms of soreness. I also never felt uncomfortable in the gym trans wise. Soooooooo. I’m for sure going back today. My coworker and I are planning to go to two classes across ~2hrs. One for Muay Thai and one for Kickboxing. Here’s to not dying!
