F*ing Unmotivated

I work at a big medical device company. Since the beginning of the year I’ve been on loan to another group developing a next-gen miniature heart pump.

Sounds cool, right?

The main developers are in Switzerland, and they have me doing junior engineer junk. Ok. I don’t mind getting paid big bucks to do menial tasks.

The only problem is… I’m going to be taken back to my home group sometime in the next 3 months to do maintenance work on my previous project that went to market already. More junk work

Ugh. I wonder if it’s because I’m “over a certain age” and they don’t want to give me any glory work.
