I met a girl over the weekend, it was at an emo music event and we hit it off from the start.

I don't think I'll forget that moment she asked if she could kiss me, after the first time it became the rest of our night; kissing and getting to know each other between kisses.

My lipstick made a mess of our faces and her friend gave us space to do our thing lol.

We're starting off pretty non-committal and I'm really trying to keep my composure, but I lose it quickly around her. I don't want to move things too fast, I already went out a second time with her and that was lovely as well.

I've already fallen for her hard and I want her to be a part of my life, during the second date I uh dressed very slutty, I sorta thought I wouldn't be the only one lol. She ended up giving me her flannel to stay warm throughout the night (in the stereotype way, like over my shoulders) and when we got hassled by some guys she went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and feeling okay.

I feel like such a sap, we've had all the conversations needed now about how we feel and how we might want to take it from here, she's also a bit of a musician (she plays guitar and she's a really good artist!). She is so much taller than me, I think I have a weak spot for tall people lol.

We had the whole poly discussion, I'm glad she seems experienced in that and is happy about how everything is defined and how things work currently.

This does make the count as two times I've fallen for someone, had a date and then gotten invited to a birthday the next day lol and last time that happened, well we are still together after 5 years.
