Whenever my phone seems slow on the Wi-Fi I just switch to the opposite ssid I'm currently connected to 2.4 ghz vs 5 ghz. Doesn't matter which one, the act of switching seems to speed up my connection to my router. Why? Is it because I have waaaaay to many clients (31 with 2 more on Asus AI mesh nodes) and my phone is getting pushed down some preferred client list? Asus RT-AX3000 is my router.
