All the news about these heatwave deaths around the world make me wonder when we'll need simple air conditioned suits just to go outside? And every home will have air conditioners. And if your AC breaks it becomes an emergency situation. Which means the AC repair folks will be like an ambulance with sirens and lights. Hopefully every house and building and parking lot will have solar power and batteries and take up the brunt of the power use so the grid really only gets used at night.
