I have a lovely co worker who is becoming more annoying than suits them. Our role is really relaxed and super easy to do tbh, especially when compared with other roles in schools I've done. Lots of breaks (although unpaid) but also lots of down time during lessons. Other staff are lovely and we get support from our team and very little observation (can easily leave early without an issue). Yet, she is CONSTANTLY complaining, often to us but also to management, about the 'useless' things we have to do, like staff training. She'll spend forever writing up a huge email (likely AI as she's a fan) being very passive aggressive about work hours and expectations, even though we all have so much freedom and time during the day, as if management are all stupid and evil. We even got a college wide 3% pay rise just because money was found. Argh that's me little rant ty
