Does anyone ever have dreams that seem so real that they effect your mood for most of the next day? People, places, events. I often find I wake up really feeling like those events were real and, even though I know it wasn't reality, it feels like a memory of the past thats still effecting me today.

I'm suprisingly awake today, which is a good sign. Was awfully tired Monday/Tuesday. Got some nice stuff to look forward to later this week, but mostly a relaxed one. I'm not even dreading the work week!

Interesting vid on AI Companions by Georg Rockall-Schmidt

I've followed Georg for aages and I really like his view on things. It feels pretty real but also with research and less emotional outrage.

Anyway, the topic of the video is really interesting and definitely a modern problem that is slowly and quietly growing in the younger generations. I used Replika a little when it first came out, and Im really shocked in the direction the app once made...

Physically I'm a day walker but spiritually I'm here.

So the new Zelda: Ocarina of Time mega remake redo is coming and it looks pretty cool. Sadly, I dont own a Switch 2 and dont feel like I want to buy one for 1 game... BotW was a crazy release but I dont think a remake of an older game is really enough. Damn you Nintendo! I imagine they would get so many sales if they released games elsewhere, but thats not what they're about.

Woo finished Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex season 2. I think I preferred the general story of season 1, as the plot of 2 felt rushed at the end and otherwise exciting plot points just ended without much hurrah. Really great show though and definitely my favourite rendition of GitS so far. It'll be weird not hearing the VAs that I've grown so used to in other content.

Is anyone watching the newest show? It looks way too bright and funny for my taste.

Had a great date last night, but sadly they decided today that we weren't a match. All very nice and respectful, but it's got me pretty bummed out. I'm sure I'll get over it soon, but still not the outcome I was looking for. sadge

I just found out an old martial arts friend has passed away. He was a giant of a man with a big heart. I havent practiced in many years due to moving away, and I do miss it. RIP big fella.

Currently praying that the cold I have is on its last legs today. I actually have a date tomorrow! And it would be soooo annoying if its the ONE time I get actually sick. I was even tempted to take the day off work lol.

Starting work again now the summer is over. Early mornings and long days... it's not so bad tbh but I wish I didn't have this snotty nose sniiiiiff

So little rant because I love this show but god damn its hit a snag so much other cyberpunk stuff has.

Basically the main character (Motoko/The Major) who is DEFINITELY an adult propositions sex from a child she is in bed with while being naked. Its kinda played off as a joke but really doesnt sit well with me.

What is it with old cyberpunk stuff never quite getting away from pedophilia? Of course all...

I should watch this show again...

I think I'd like to get more yellow in my wardrobe.

Day 4 solo in Malmö. I've met some lovely people to talk with, everyone is very nice. I've had quite some success talking Swedish, but some people just default to English the moment they realise I'm a tourist!

I've not really got any plans today. I was going to see a friend who lives nearby but we changed that to tomorrow. There is a huge music festival on that I will check out later. Until then, it's a lazy day with pastries.
