80s movies are so Hit and Miss

I've recently started binge watching many of the originals of the biggest franchises(particularly horror) of the 80s - 90s and they range from amazing to almost comedically bad.

• Evil Dead: the original started off quite goofy but the second one really jumped the gun from horror to comedy. Couldn't bring myself to watch the third installment, boring and only barely funny.

• Jurassic Park: The first is a masterpiece and then it progressively got worse. I plan on watching the Jurassic World series in a later date.

• Monty Python, Holy Grail: Funny and entertaining but some jokes flew right over my non British head.

I now plan to watch the Alien, Star Wars, Halloween and Terminator series.
