[ESC]random stack and protocol update
finishing up doing a few low test doses of TB-500 to confirm no reaction - tests went well, so will start adding that to my recovery stack later this week. wrist is healing well enough but still slowly. daily PT exercises progressing but still painful afterward. progress is progress and I'm trying to stay upbeat.
continue to have sleep issues - waking up multiple times a night overheating. I had switched to a "cooling" weighted blanket and it's better but still really warm. I guess that's the nature of the weighted blankets. ordered a chilipad cube yesterday to actively cool the bed. hoping this will help.
about a week now of 3g of glycine 30-60 minutes before bed and it's decidedly helping. I used to lay in bed for an hour or more trying to fall asleep. now by the time my head hits the pillow I'm ready to pass out. it's like magic. highly recommend for anyone who has insomnia - it's not perfect but if it works for you, it'll really help.
next change will be increasing vitamin d intake to account for deficiency, and then expanding glycine to the AM as well combined with NAC. it's hard to avoid the ADHD impulse to do everything at once but there's zero point to controlled experimentation if you muddy the controls.
