my wrist isn't killing me for the first time in six weeks

five days after adding tb-500 to my recovery stack for my wrist and today I have \~98% range of motion back. last night I was able to get into my gym and limit test a little and not only can I handle almost all movements aside from standard curls with minimal to no pain or discomfort, but I've only lost a little bit of capacity at the top end of the bigger lifts - a few reps of max weight on the chest press primarily. nothing major. I'm both happy and a little surprised. I think I can start lifting again next monday. very excited for that. not being able to has been driving me nuts.

now I know for next time - tb-500 and bpc-157 from the start and it'll cut the recovery time down significantly. going to continue with the shockwave treatments and daily PT but I think I'm almost through the worst of it.

injuries suck. for anyone following along the best advice I have is know your limits, maintain good form and don't push through pain thinking it'll be ok.
