unsolicited thought of the day: I was looking at Native reservations on google earth when I wondered… how is it that the tribes have sovereign control that land when U.S. federal courts have some control over what happens on it regarding casinos… What else does the federal government have control over in another nations territory if these rules are even constitutional?
