Atmospheric Modulator

I've deprecated the Nick Colors userscript, and it's been merged into Atmospheric Modulator with more usability additions:

Features:

1. usernames on the site get hashed colors (the same for everyone using the script everywhere)
2. on hover/click images will show you the real image instead of the dithered image
3. keep little personal notes (private) on users so you can remember who they are. show on hover.
4. adjust the nick colors shown to whatever theme you’re using or do it custom yourself. there’s a lot of contrast/hue color math that goes into making them WCAG compliant.
5. A new settings page for all of this under Settings > AtmoMod tab. Or you can click the little modulator wave icon under the cyberspace globe in the sidebar.

She’s very beta still, so let me know if you hit any snags!
