This is an interesting discovery:

I see people being totally exhausted in the evening when they used AI for software development and IT tasks thoughout their working hours.

This is because AI accelerates processes in a way that you can produce results in way less time than you're used to. Also: When it is working on a task that takes some time, you can work on something else - maybe even also using AI in a different session. This way you can achieve MORE. Within the same working day.

However,... because it forces your brain to constantly switch between topics and not rest at any time, you feel brutally exhausted after work.

Now... this leads to two discoveries actually.

First.

When thinking about myself... I don't really work that much on different topics at the same time using AI any more than I already used to due to my neurodivergent processor called brain. I DO however have much more time now to follow projects (also private ones) and ideas while AI is working. These context-switches mean no more harm to me than I was already used to because this is how my brain works anyway.

Second.

I kind of believe that people that work as nursery school teachers for instance should be perfect for working with AI on IT and Softwaredevelopment topics, because they too are used to constant context switching and exhausting brain usage. Also they are perfect managers and always attentive.
