Stumbled across this guy tonight. So good I had to share.

Been on a Sepultura kick the past couple days and noticed they weren't in the jukebox.

As an autistic person in a relationship with an allistic partner, I've found that taking notes during disagreements/arguments gives my processing speed the space to actually absorb what they're communicating, instead of being completely saturated with intense or confusing emotions — it creates space for me to process their emotions and mine, identify the actual need underneath, and take actionable steps, rather than just managing a reaction to emotion.
