im on my 5th pair of hyperx cloud stinger core 1's right now, pretty sure they got discontinued a year or two ago so i always be scrambling to find new and sealed ones on ebay which are getting more and more scarce to find now. new and sealed only because i refuse to use a headset thats been used by another person EVEN if cleaning is an option. i dont want to upgrade to any other version of the headset, the new ones dont appeal to me at all so im left wondering how long will i be able to keep using this...

spent all night [approx 2 hours..] cleaning away at this old crucifix i found at an antique store. didn’t know if it would whiten or not but it’s almost pristine! just some toothpaste and an old toothbrush did the trick. you can see how dark the piece is at the top compared to the sculpture of christ because i haven’t cleaned that part for comparison.

i wonder if i’ll ever get my full hearing back, i’ve damaged both ear canals with ocd over cleaning multiple times a day. maybe with time or maybe i’ll have to accept it. no one’s fault but my own i suppose. it’s been months since i’ve had reduced hearing but i've had bad hearing for even longer.

any engineers or hobbyists who’ve got cool personal projects lined up they wanna talk about? looking for some inspo or just to hear what cool electronic stuff people got cooking up.
