Mid 20s dude from a GCC country, lived in the UK for 4 years, now back home. I love history, travel, and watching films especially. Love nature, and want to get into birdwatching but that's pretty hard here.

Favorites:

My favorite author is John Steinbeck, I am currently reading through Sartre, De Beauvoir, and Camus.

My music taste is pretty varied, currently listening to The Armed, and HEALTH,. But I have also had huge folk, rock, shoegaze, and indie phases. Favorites being John Prine, Nirvana, Kris Kristofferson, Men I Trust, Jesse Welles among many others.

My travels have been pretty centered around Western Europe during my time studying in the UK, but I have also had the pleasure to go on many long trips to China, and have started to explore Africa & Asia more since being home. In North America, I have only had the pleasure of visiting Eastern Canada, and I loved Montreal very much. My favorite destination is probably Chengdu, and my favorite trips of 2025 are probably Lebanon (May), Cyprus and Paris in November.
