Anyone want to help me 3D CAD up some scaled up and simplified mechs for a toddler friendly Battletech floor mat game? I want to make a giant roll out floor mat with like two or three inch hex map. Then use large simplified (no sharp points or antennas or guns that could break off) mech designs and 3D print those in kid safe plastic. I even thought about using those mech plushies I saw online but not sure how well they'd stay in a hex space. I bought large wooden 6D dice so the dice is already taken care of (not choking hazard). I did buy large foam dice but noticed the kids could bite a chunk out so those were not a good option. I figured it could teach them counting and math skills and be more interesting and fun than chutes and ladders or candy land.
