[ESC]Last week I wrote about my life activity, including eating habits, training and martial arts, and included two short mentions about meditation. I think these activities are part of a whole, and the benefits would not be so obvious if they were not integrated.
So, I started meditating at the age of sixteen. My father had a lot of books, and heard (from others) a story about how calm he was during a medical procedure, so I read his books and started practicing.
Asides from the expected benefits in mental (and even physical) health, I "unlocked" different abilities.
The first was to completely empty my mind. Initially it take a lot of time each session, but now I can do in seconds. Obviously, if I'm very stressed, it's not so easy, this is not magic.
The second was to get rid of my hiccups at will. As I said before, my advances in meditation are very close to my advances in martial arts, and I think they are related to a good proprioception sense.
Third was to reduce or even eliminate the sensation of cold or physical pain. The problem with this one is I need to be totally concentrated, so I can’t do while doing other thing. It's not very useful beyond certain dental procedures, cold showers, or some circumstantial moments when I get hit in a fight. But if the pain is high enough, I can do nothing.
These three were not a binary unlock, I got better in them with time, as my proprioception and my capacity to shut myself away advanced, but the fourth appeared more suddenly in march 2025 (yes, this year).
I acquired the ability to induce an orgasm mentally, without touching myself. No erection, no ejaculation, just orgasm. It doesn’t require even a sexual fantasy, although it helps. Indeed first one was discovering a song that I really liked.
Please, believe me, it works. I even wrote an essay about it... but it is in Spanish.
Since then I've been able to do it whenever I want, and in fact it's getting easier. First ones required me some time (a minute or so) and a good concentration state, now I can make one in less than ten seconds. But longer ones are MUCH better.
It changed some things in my life for better. Long wait? Nor a problem if I have a minimun of privacy. Stressed? Orgasm. Still stressed? Orgasm. Iterate until not stressed.
I tested how many I could do one after other. I got to 23, but by then I could barely stand up.
I don't keep count, but I'd say I cause myself no less than five a day. And they can be VERY STRONG. My “traditional masturbation activity” had been reduced to a minimun. You know, I’m a trans girl, so it is better if I don’t interact with my... undesired parts.
Well, this is a really deep subject and much could be written about it. I don’t want to do a very long post, but I will answer any question. I’m very open minded and feel no shame.
