ok soo... im making a mc server

Now I had 2 ideas.

1 is to run it with a custom modpack. The downside is that you would need to have a client and download this one mod that fetches the rest for you.

2 is making a 1.0 server and having votes to decide when to upgrade the version.

Ill have to make sure either of those are viable as well but what do you think?
