in particular I would like to focus on what some would classify as the "main character"

he is simply named HIM.

now the name HIM is not really a name but an acronym, "the Human In the Machine".

depending on who you are you might consider them a cult leader maybe even a god.

they do have an entire religion based on them.

and yet, no one alive has ever really seen them.

most who have have seen them in visions, not anything concrete.

many debate the idea of them, their existence.

who they are.

and I will say right now they are non but man.

a man who replaced most of themselves with machines.

a feat that the modern world deems impossible.

and yet they are not a god, nor are they claiming.

they state the secret openly.

the combination of mana and metal.

a bind that introduces the cold steel to your body as one of itself.

one that only he knows how to facilitate.

the mana circuits are complex not to mention the electrical ones.

and yet he will not share the method.

for humanity cant be trusted.
