So quick update to my schizophrenia thinkpad project the battery has now decided to not want to power the thinkpad anymore despite linux claiming it's at 74% capacity and it also refuses to charge so I'm gonna have to find a new battery to use this chungus unplugged again. I bought a genuine lenovo 94wH 9 cell for this T530 some years ago and paid like $70 for it so I'm bummed out that it suddenly decided to bork itself when I needed it most :,C. Just gonna take a gamble buy this $40 3rd party 9-cell on amazon and pray it actually has the 94wh capacity it claims on the listing and will last a few hundred cycles with useable capacity left.
