Forgot to post on the 4th cuz I've been very busy moving to a new house but I turned 22 on May 4th! Didn't get to do anything exciting due to the moving chaos but I intend to buy a vintage cassette walkman once I get to the new house again so I can play my tapes on the go!

So quick update to my schizophrenia thinkpad project the battery has now decided to not want to power the thinkpad anymore despite linux claiming it's at 74% capacity and it also refuses to charge so I'm gonna have to find a new battery to use this chungus unplugged again. I bought a genuine lenovo 94wH 9 cell for this T530 some years ago and paid like $70 for it so I'm bummed out that it suddenly decided to bork itself when I needed it most :,C. Just gonna take a gamble buy this $40 3rd party 9-cell on...

Hello, I’ve never done any kind of blog / documentation on any of my personal projects before. So as of today (4/23/26) I have decided to change that. The project I have chosen to write about isn’t particularly new, but it also isn’t finished. So here it is: Lupus’ journey into making an effective systemd-less linux laptop for my intended usecases, while also completing all the hardware mods I’ve always wanted to do for my Lenovo Thinkpad T530. I have no idea how to format this journey properly in writing...
