[ESC]Today finally started running in a park nearby, only 2.5 km/15 min, but for a weak smoker not the worst start.
2020 hit really hard.
Before 2020 I always did sport (swimming and acrobatics), was naturally athletic and strong, but in 2020 after half a year in a lockdown it was hard even to wake up and take a shower. I gained 7 kg, then started working offline again, lost 10, then changed profession and went online, gained 15. Still pretty, but not that confident and sporty anymore.
More than that, nowadays I feel like if anything happens, it is really safer to be strong.
Hope I will not stop and become better. Next aim is 3 km in 2 weeks and stable running 3-4 times a week. Let's see.
