When arriving to a new team; One thing I've always respected is those first interactions with colleagues... People really show their colours, who they are, how they approach problems and how they treat people.

It makes all the difference in the world.

Sometimes I am super scared of what I am doing at work. However I just go. Try to turn my ears off, tune my brainn and do my best...

Do it anyway, scared, doubting, insecure. In the end we only get one life, it's worth it.

I feel like most of the people don't choose anymore, but respond to the algorithmic pace of life... They wake up, check their phones and let them decide their mood for the day.

Humanity is programmed — we just don't call it that.

This space I feel like is an oasis.

Every single day for almost 13 years I've been posting a WOD on one of my personal projects. It's humbling seeing the impact it has had on a small but intense group of people. The joy I get from this project is unmatched by any of the others. Proof to me, that not everything is about the money.

Starting a new position is always so rewarding.
