Time.

Time is very interesting. Everyone experiences it, yet we never really truly appreciate it or see it for what it is, expect for some occasions. We never feel the time pass, we simply live from one moment to the next, but sometimes we get to stop and look back to what happened. Like at funerals. Look at all the time passed, and when I was at one, I couldn’t help but thinking how this time, just kept ticking forward, passing, and eventually snuffed out a human life. A small collection of social things that I think are weird/interesting/neat

• Third wheeling

Not even for long, it’s just so odd. The third wheel feels very out of place and me personally I feel as if I’m an obstacle to the other 2. Also my experience was where I want a romantic relationship, and I’m not attracted to either of them but I’m more jealous of the idea of love… the concept, not the people involved.

I started really playing undertale again a few days back, picked it up off my dusty steam shelf and started to play.

And wow, it is beautiful. To think one guy (with some assistance) could have made a storyline thats funny, emotional, and everything else, is just ridiculous.

Ok so last night I decided to watch Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan because I’d been seeing a bit about Sasha baron cohen. I watched the Ali G Harvard speech, and liked it so I decided to watch borat. I was not prepared for borat. It was a bizzare 90 minutes of content, but kind of proved its point: America is/was in 2006 incredibly subtly racist in certain parts.

While borat was incredibly racist and sexist, and just generally discrimatory...

i sometimes get stuck in my head. Like just before i sleep, i just imagine and dream but it's bad dreaming and i can't escape.

I get caught up, i think and i think and i don't leave, and often i think about things i don't really want to think about at all, or go down slippery slopes, etc.

What do you guys do to fight this?

went orienteering this weekend!

drove 5 hours north, into the Ikara-flinders ranges, stayed in a bunkhouse with the rest of my club. I ran 2 events this weekend, one of which was a middle distance, which i stuffed my navigation up for, and the second of which was a long distance, for which i did hard, (my very first time ever!) and got a speedy time of 3 hours (3x longer than 1st place).

it was awesome.

went orienteering today, second time in about 3 years (last time was last week).

Last week i did pretty well but this week all my downtime caught up to me and i completley stuffed up some navigation and got utterly lost, but once making it back i remebered the most awesome thing of orienterring: the community. Everyone's so chill, i swear. It was pouring but it was peak.
