Boredom is permeating (update 1)

Decided to do a small update to talk about the changes I experienced during my distancing from social medias and going back on a diet.

Diet:

The diet proved to be easier to follow than expected, I mainly removed afternoon snacks and then replaced most calorie dense foods with lighter alternatives. The main issue I'm facing is portion size, I still tend to eat a bit more than I should.

Social Media:

My screen time had initially dropped substantially but soon I started filling up that gained time with more and more pseudo-short content. Instead of watching a few reals I started watching a slightly longer video on ytb and so on... What helped me avoid this backpedaling was ,ironically enough, ytb itself, I've just grown tired of most of what it suggested and instead decided to splurge my time on better content(reading comics,books and just laying there watching the ceiling). Overall a decent upgrade, I started One Punch Man once again and started reading The King In Yellow.

If you're on the brink of doing something similar I suggest you take the plunge.
