Are you one of the exceedingly small number of people who own a copy of the Nintendo DS Browser (the one for the original DS)? This might be interesting for you!

A little over a year ago, I devised an nginx proxy server configuration thing that allowed me to access modern websites on said browser by upgrading HTTP requests to HTTPS (the DS only supports outdated SSL/TLS versions). The proxy also modifies the CSS of each website to make it render more faithfully to the website itself (by default, the DS changes the styling of websites according to a particular set of rules, which breaks the layout in a number of ways).

Recently, I realised that this proxy might be useful to other people, so I am planning to publish a guide somewhere sometime to help others set up such a proxy. (Who knows how many Nintendo DS Browser enthusiasts might be lurking in the shadows?)
