Motivation and Discipline

Motivation has been hit or miss for me, because that's kinda how motivation is.

What I need is discipline. I've been working on that pretty hard this year.

I've got several startups and now an IRL tech community that I'm building and running on nights and weekends.

• Tursas - a visibility (and eventually security) platform for AI agents
• Scrollwise - a platform for using AI to help you with research. Not writing it for you, but using it like a research partner
• radc0rp - a slow-media and startup initiative to build a more humanist technological world

Motivation is really easy when things are new and exciting. It's really hard when it's bug reports, feature tweaks and design re-do's. Discipline is something you build through the difficult parts of building and doing hard things. It's harder to obtain than motivation but it goes a lot further.
