Why do i feel like im in a dream where you know that you are dreaming and accidentally tell the other people that you are indeed aware that it is a dream.

I somehow have the feeling that none of this is real and that everyone is lying to me.

That im only talking to myself, or people who feel obligated to answer. Maybe those people dont have a choice either. Like, how i am terrified of this thought being true, yet i write.
