Creating an analog synth from scratch

Hello everyone, I'm looking for people who are building or have built up a Synth from parts; aka the circuit boards and all that. If you have done this kind of thing and would not mind helping me out, I am looking for advice on lots of things : parts, what ot build, what to read to be able to learn etc. Thanks ahead !
