Megalopolis, Megacity, Metropolis, City, Town, Village, Hamlet, or Homestead? Which do you Prefer?

Personally, I'll take a village anything smaller than a village. I don't mind towns, and... well, Cities are cool, but not somewhere I'd want to settle down in. Not anymore.
