There's two things I do.

A is have no consistency. Which I believe to be a matter of the insufferable amount of stimuli that the world has in store for us today.

I listen to alot of EDM (alot) very much so. Some how melody quiets the storm that my head receives from the environment around me.

I also spend 3-5 hours a night watching multiple documentaries and podcasts about geo-politcal affairs, cultures, and economics to fall asleep to. I could give you some good picks for Youtubers on...
