What is your remote setup? (Tailscale, laptop config, etc.)

I got myself a laptop, the good ol' t480s and I am configuring it to be ultimate remote machine with strong capability to be a document and research machine that I can rely on for anything. I already configured it 1:1 as my main pc to get exact same workflow. But I am still trying to improve it for laptop use, specifically to try and use red point knob more rather than touchpad. I'd love to hear how you guys configured your setups to be flexible and not rely on home network specifically!

I am home plant person, so the travels is hard for me, especially for big periods as my whole life exists at home pc which I can't take with myself.

So, I watched video from a "vex" how he made his remote network logic with the usage of tailscale and sunshine + moonlight combo to have a way remote into his home network remotely, and did exactly that for myself.
Now, I can boot up my pc and server remotely, connect to the home network (to route all trafic trough my home) + use local services (pi-hole, proxmox, etc.) as If I was in home in local net! Server and RPi as a backup plan to wakeup my server in case it'll be powered off.

Basically speaking: "Tailscale" on all devices - RPI + Server (lxc container) as exit nodes and "UpSnap" for them to also be WakeOnLan capable computers. Usage of "moonlight", to connect to my main pc that is hosting "sunshine" instance.
