It's where you and others play different games and unlock things for each other.

So for example,

You playing Powerwash simulator, upon completion of a level, gives me a key for a boss in my Dark Souls 2 run.

It's honestly really fun and you get to watch a scrolling terminal log of everyone else getting items for each other, live.
