[ESC]The Last Time
I'm certain everyone has done some things for the last time without knowing it. Whether it was your last Minecraft world with your friend on the Wii U in 3rd grade, or the last day of going to school, the last time seeing your grandma who tragically took her life when you were to young to understand, etc.
I'm pretty sure you have your own stories.
You didn't seem to appreciate them as much as you might do now, thinking back to these moments. But while you're looking back to these moments in nostalgia, in sorrow, in regret, in anguish, in disgust, you name it, there's this feeling you get, which you can't quite name.
This feeling of knowing there will be many more of these moments to come. And your heart starts to feel heavy and light at the same time. Maybe you're thinking of a person you love and you know damn well you two will have so little time together. Or maybe a place, where you used to spend every day at, but you're not going to, for so much longer.
I hate this feeling.
And yet I like it.
I know exactly that it is one of the reasons I'm still alive, even if it makes me feel suicidal.
I probably got lost in my own words here and there, but what is quintessential to this note, is that you, the reader, should cherish every moment of your life and accept that your life is a lot shorter than you think. Don't be scared to do things a last time, enjoy them every single time you do them. And maybe there's some things you haven't done in a long time for a variety of reasons, but there isn't even a real reason stopping you from doing them. So do them.
As for myself, I am going to start a Minecraft world and I'm going to build a wooden cabin.
Peace out
